Great experience great service advisor
I was told the work would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours to complete and was actually finished in 2 1/2 hours! Employees were very courteous and friendly. Great waiting room or shuttle to the mall to pass the time!
Toyota of Danvers is a friendly and comfortable place to get my Rav 4 serviced. They are busy and organized.
My wait to get checked in yesterday afternoon was over 30 minutes, which is highly unusual. Generally, I am checked in within 5 or 6 minutes of arriving (with an appointment, which I highly recommend). I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry. The service itself was excellent, as I have come to expect. I have been using Ira Toyota in Danvers ever since I moved to Massachusetts, and will continue to do so. It is a fine group of people who really are customer focused.
I do recommend for purchase. However my car was repaired and then serviced. It seemed like a long time-two weeks. Seems service lost my key on Monday. No one told me till Wednesday.
IRA Toyota of Danvers staff are Awesome, good customers service. I will always recommend them to all my friends and love one
