I had an appointment at 7:40 this morning for an oil change, 1 1/2 hours go by and I have to ask for the status of my car. Turns out it was done, keys just sitting there. A rep told me just another few minutes to finish paper work. Half hour later I am told everything is all set. Two hours to complete an oil change and paperwork is beyond ridiculous. The wait made me late for work. I should have gone some where else and avoided the hassle. ��

The service at Ira Toyota was excellent, my salesman (Abdou Ouhaj)was so nice and very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was extremely personable, helped me figure out all of my electronics and how to program them. I test drove a few other cars but heard great reviews about the Rav4 so I went to Ira Toyota 114 and a maroon one with a black rally stripe Rav4 (Ruby Flare Pearl) caught my eye so then I test drove it.
