On both occasions I have been to Ira Toyota of Danvers I have been completely satisfied with the customer experiences. I used to be a customer of Nissan of Lynnfield until I had to return my mothers lease who passed away from cancer. The way I was treated by the sales staff was not a pleasant experience. I returned my lease shortly after and never returned to Nissan.
