I want to like this. But it’s been mostly miss and not really ever hit the times I have had my car serviced here. Like the computers they provide to use block Facebook (among other basic sites) the fact that I am later asked to review the establishment on Facebook is an irony is not lost on me. Last week I came into Ira Toyota of Danvers after an extremely frustrating experience at a different dealership. It was a wonderful surprise to feel like the car salesperson who was helping me, Joel, was on "my side," trying to figure out the best way to help me. Unfortunately, I have gone to Ira Toyota of Danvers quite a few times and after my last visit, I will never go again. The first few times I went to this dealership, the car was listed under my mothers name since it was registered under hers at first. In my later visits, I explained that the car was now registered under my name and I gave my contact information to ensure it was updated so they could call my phone rather than my moms.
