This was my first appointment to bring in my car my first maintenance I had an appointments set up for 12 noon I arrived on time and was told it would be a few minutes a technician came out and told me that they were a little backed up and it will probably be about an hour wait well the One hour turned into two hours and a half now I feel if I had appointment I should have been seen on time or at least a reasonable time not two hours and a half whereas I had other plans for the afternoon after getting my car service which I ... read more
Very unhappy in my last visit, waited for 3 hours just for tire rotation and filling for my wipers, and I saw that they use paper mats when mecanics do their work, I found greasy mats on my van, part is my fault for not checking before I left, thinking twice before going back.
Ira Toyota excels in providing excellent customer service. Nate Brungot carefully explained all services that were needed and was very personable. He definitely is customer oriented and understands the importance of being so.
So disappointed with the level of service I have received. I called and made an appointment to drop my vehicle off to have two front tires replaced. When I arrived nobody know who I was or had any information on my vehicle as if I had just walked in off the street to make an appointment. The process was ridiculously long and the representative I was dealing with was not the kindest. I recommend you guys. if you need to buy new car . go to Toyota in Danvers everyone were really helpful and kind . The person who sold me the car. He’s amazing guy he gave me so much information and knowledge with the cars I was between the RAV4 or Highlander. He took his time to show me what’s the differences of the both cars and test drive it .I end up choosing RAV4. I had an amazing experience buying a Toyota Thanks
