$140 poorer after needing to reset a tire pressure light my mechanic couldn’t get to reset. An hour’s labor +$20 in “fees”?! Really!? They aren’t called $tealers for nothing. I had little choice given my schedule this week.

2 hour wait for an oil change that i scheduled an appointment for and they didn’t even put back the cap for air filter. Had to do it myself
I went in with a nail in my left rear tire and was told that this was not covered on my platinum plan for tire protection. I wasn't very happy but agreed to pay for the repair. The service staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. My truck was fixed in a timely manner and I'm very satisfied.
