I went in to look at a new car and Clint from tywan took great care of me and helped me get a great deal for the exact car i wanted and I drove it home the next day! I love my car and had excellent experience from start to finish
Everything was ok. Sage was very helpful. The only thigh I am upset about was the processing time. It took 7 hours to do paperwork and get the car.
I had my routine 10,000 mile checkup yesterday. My Representative, Hal was polite and professional. He also reminded me that I was due for my inspection sticker! I hadn’t realized and very much appreciated his attention to details. This is my third leased Camry with Ira Toyota and the wait was longer than usual , however I took advantage of their shuttle to the mall to run errands.
Edward Ciman was my Service Advisor and he said service would take 2 hrs so I was very surprised when my name was called in 1 1/4 hrs. I was able to make my next appt.
Great customer Service. Did excellent job with short time. Well Done. Toyota Ira.
