Got an oil and filter changed on my 2014 Tundra Limited today. The service was great. And the waiting area is a great setup for what I needed to get done. WiFi, food, chairs and tables. I had Steve check me in and he was great. Friendly and easy to talk to. The think that was a little tricky is the wait time once you arrive at the service area. I’ve always been happy with IRA but I miss service care associate Mike Marino. Today I waited 2 hours for my tire to be patched caused by a nail. I wish they showed me the nail.

I bought a new car Toyota Camry 2018 and I love it, JC is an excellent salesman he was diligent and very helpful, he showed me how to use all features in my car and he was very knowledgeable about it. Mr. Ribota told me everything carefully about my loan and my benefits, they both are really good employees and I will recommend them to everyone!
I had to have a new frame put on my truck (which was a recall) among a few other things. Everyone that I dealt with at IRA was courteous and very helpful. They did a beautiful job and I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend IRA to anyone. Thank you!
