Toyota did a great job today and servicing my 2015 Prius. The only negative point would be it took a little bit longer than I thought it was going to be. Overall it was a great experience. Staff was very polite which stands above all else.
Danvers IRA Toyota got us out of a tough jam through their persistent recommendations. Cost and time exceeded our expectations. A big shout out to Paul Sitomer who oversaw the work and Nate our Customer Service Coordinator. I have been a loyal customer for many years starting with an old Sienna Van. IRA Toyota has never recommended unnecessary work. Appreciate the waiting room and usually wait for service due to the “amenities” of WiFi, TV, and food plus comfortable seating.
Good service, feel appreciated when I go in, feel heard and understood. I only need a tire plug for a nail... but still had to wait 2.5 hours. Other than that great service.
Was having my wife’s car worked on at ira Toyota Danvers and decided to take a look at used Camry’s!talkedwith salesman mike parisi and within 24 hours bought the car! Mike was fantastic and he is the reason I bought the car! Very professional and when I had concerns he was able to take care of them and put my mind at ease! I have purchased or leased over -10 vehicles from ira Danvers and to be honest have never had a problem with a car and staff always pleasant!
The employees @ Ira took very good care of my 2007 Rav 4 today (& me) today. They informed me when they found a major problem with the rear brakes & offered discount coupons where applicable. Everyone was friendly & helpful & were concerned with taking up my time with repairs/ maintenance. I could take my vehicle to a shop closer to home, but I like how they specialize in Toyotas & know my car's history. Thx 🚙
