Our service person, Mike, single handedly saved our vacation. My boyfriend and I were on the way to Maine for a road trip when our breaks went out. We were stranded! Mike assessed the damage, gave us a rental car, and offered a great deal on all of the repairs. Because of our experience at Ira, we were still able to visit family without missing dinner. Mike is the best!
I had an oil change done on my rav 4 today. Everyone was very nice. I guess things were backed up today so it took 2 hours to complete. A little much for an oil change. Overall happy.

As usual I had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted with a smile and the car was done before the time they gave me. The waiting area gives several options and something to drink while you wait!
