Today you lost my business and my families business. I have purchased 3 vehicles with you. We turned in a leased vehicle (3 months early) and was told by the salesman Ernst not to worry about the missing key. After the vehicle was purchased (didn't even deliver the car properly as my mom had no idea how to use any of the technology or pair her phone because Ernst had to go early) we received a bill for the key.
