What started as a service appointment for a 21 year old Tercel, ended up with a lease on a 2018 Corolla. I was provided with a free rental for the day while my car was assessed. The service staff was outstanding. I am sorry I don't remember the gentleman's name, but he went above and beyond. I contacted the internet sales manager who set me up with an appointment with Klaudia who was SUPER! I also lease from another dealership...I will promise you when that lease is up I will be back to IRA to lease a Toyota.
