In my experience, need to communicate with customer about what your buying and make sure they have the right paperwork to sell used cars. Bought a used car and its been over 4 months and still dont have plates. I've heard alot of excuses and that title would be 8n about 2 months ago. Two days ago i got a call from Mary saying that title is going to be sent by bank in anothwr 7 to 10 business days. This excuse has been told to me for 3 months. The sales people are great, I recommend Sofia Pitts! After buying my brand new car I had to visit the service department several times just to get a simple issue looked at! After being called that my car is ready to be picked up (an hour after when they said it would be done) I was told that I car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival (after hours) I came to pick up the car and when I arrived the lights were left on. I have a 2017 RAV4. I used to go to my local dealership where I bought my car to get it serviced. I have the 8 year service package. The other dealership was terrible to me. I dreaded going there.
