Had an appointment this morning for a 10,000 mile service in our Highlander. It took exactly two hours. Kind of a long wait, I think, but they did say expect at least two hours so I can’t complain. Service department is always very crowded but again, they do a good job.

Ira Toyota of Danvers is awesome! I have dealt with both Service and the Body Shop twice (Body Shop, both of which were not my fault, thank goodness). Both departments are incredible and have always given extraordinary customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a Toyota! A Shout Out to Matt Buonomo in Service for his sense of humor.
In 2009 I purchased a new Toyota RAV4 from IRA Toyota Danvers and have had all my service and yearly vehicle state inspection done by them since then. Everything needing to be done gets done right the first time. I deal with Assistant Service Manager, Alexander Pendleton, who is friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He will advise me right away if something is discovered during the service and whether it requires immediate attention or can be done at a later time.
