Great experience! I generally hate the car buying experience, it's like having a route canal, but this this time was different. Shane the sales rep was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The prep and delivery of the new vehicle was done in a timely manner.

My first experience was not so great but they have really turn it around for me the last two times I’ve gone especially today the service agent(Matt) was beyond expectations when it came to great customer service. This will definitely become my primary location.
People that work there are so nice and helpful. I will always buy my cars there.
I just purchased a new rav4 and I love it. Jason, my salesman was great. He knew what I wanted and was very helpful. I did have to wait quite a while to meet with Leo in financing but he was very efficient and got me out of there fairly quickly. I was impressed that I was able to bring my new car home with me that day. Jason went out of his way to help me get the inspection sticker and registration done 2 days later. He even picked up my car and brought it back to Ira Toyota. All in all I had a very positive experience!
