Extremely disappointed with the used sales department. I purchased a used vehicle close to 2 months ago. Upon pickup of the vehicle, there was a new windshield chip and no second key. When taking the vehicle off the lot, I was promised that both would be looked after. It took a month and a several phone calls to get the glass repaired. I still have yet to receive the second key and have left countless messages. I'd figure from a dealership like toyota, that the sales department would have kept their word.
