Garret windham and hector made our transaction very simple and smooth. Garret was very professional and willing. I was relieved to have him there while we purchased our new truck because of how attentive he was to our family. If we come back we will look forward to asking for him again :)

I made an appointment for service and arrived to find them ready for me even though I was early. I had a good experience with my assigned rep. I waited in the quiet lounge upstairs (which I love so I can read). They texted me a video of my inspection which I watched. They attended to my car’s issues, and texted me when ready. I like Toyota Bountiful.
Horrible experience today. Customer service was horrible. Workers were very disrespectful and rude. Called and complain. No manager called back. Not a good look for a Toyota dealership.

For starters, This dealership doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but I didn’t have a choice. I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra on Jan 8th with 2 miles. Picked up the truck and it had 16 miles on Jan 11th. On the day I picked up the truck to take it home it had a bad vibration. I brought it back on Jan 18th to have the vibration fix since it was due to tire balance.
