I had been car shopping for about a month and was negotiating with one dealership. My son said try Ira Toyota in Danvers. I almost did not. Thank goodness I did! One of the easiest and best experiences yet. Beautiful place! Friendly and very efficient. I will def recommend people to go check it out! Fun peeps too
The facility is good but the service is suck so to avoid all the problems just go to any other dealer. Oil change will take you 2hours, they use to wash the car now they don’t . The service people , I just have some of the worst one. I won’t go there even if it’s free.
Wonderful experience all around. My service advisor was wonderful and got the work completed in a timely manner.
My only issue was I had appt . Pulled up to the door went on on in only one car there . No one greeted me sales people everywhere. I had to get out and go to one of the service people. Once I did that her name was Leah she was very helpful . Thank you 😊
