Terrible experience. Brought my car in for their urgent airbag recall, immediately felt pressured while they tried tacking on other unnecessary repairs/maintenance. (Wanted to rotate tires, change my cooling system etc, etc.), My 2007 Corolla is in good shape & working great, was just bringing in for recall. I brought my 2013 Corolla (purchased from Ira in 2015) to Ira last Wednesday night for my 45,000 mile service. For the heck of it I decided to have my car appraised for free - I’d been getting calls and emails for ages to bring my car down. I worked with Pete McCormick and Virgilio and they were great from start to finish - from the deal they gave me on my car, to walking me through my options.
