RecommendedSales person was not pushy. I test drove a truck but decided not to buy. The sales person checked in on me about a week later and encouraged me to contact when I was ready. Nothing more, About 4 months later I went back and bought a truck!

We bought a Tacoma here last Fall and the only decent part was our sales guy. The truck was filthy inside, the mileage was 8,000 miles over what was recorded, and now we also need to call them because they messed up the title papers which is going to be a real issue down the road. We paid bee vehicle prices and that vehicle should have been spotless. Truly. Called Kaylynn Brown of Irwin Hyundai this morning to schedule a Safety Inspection. Kaylynn was able to get the inspection done today. Work was done quickly and with a friendly “ Car is okay and passes “ I was on my way home. Very nice to be recognized by Kaylynn and the service staff at Irwin’s.
