I had a good experience today at Ira! Nate did a good job explaining what had to be done and how long it would take! The wait was not too bad and the cost was WELL let’s skip that aspect!!!!! See you all in September!!!! Cynthia

I only deal with Jim Ritchie. Best service guy you have there, if I have an issue he immediately corrects it and will go above and beyond to correct them! You go Jim!
We have been customers of IRA Toyota for the last five years and I would describe the customer service as adequate. This past week was by far our most efficient and enjoyable experience. Brendan Block, our service representative was very professional, but also demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy, simply put you could tell he is a smart guy. Communication was excellent and he helped move us out of there in under an hour. We look forward to working with Brendan during our next visit.
