RecommendedToday I used the Service Center for the first time, and I was quite pleased with the service. However, I bought my car a little over a year ago, and was over charged. Justin was the salesman I worked with, and not only was he not very friendly, he knew I was in a pinch, and couldn’t afford as much as I’m sure he would have liked, so he didn’t really listen to me. I was over charged by about $4,000. I feel I was definitely taken advantage of. The seats were stained, and it had deep scratches on the trunk and side view mirror.... read more

James was great! He worked with us (sometimes difficult on our part) with honesty and integrity. Owner, Robin, was just as amicable and helpful. I love this dealership because they have a “no bicker” policy; the price you see is the lowest around and they don’t play games to change their bottom line offers. Highly recommend Santa Margarita Toyota

Toyota Maintenance gave me the car back with scratches. I went for my 5K miles checkup and asked the maintenance guy to remove the Toyota dealership sticker that they sticked on the back of my car when i bought it couple of months ago. When i went to pick up my car, it had scratches on the back! Keep in mind i just bought the car few months ago, so i asked the maintenance guy to fix what they did, and it still has visible scratches on it. Worst maintenance service!
They hooked it up! Great customer service!
