I brought my Toyota Sequoia for Frame Recall!! My truck was with IRA Toyota in Danvers at 114 for over 10 weeks! I would like to take the time to thank Willy Moy, Mitch Dick and Brendan Block for the awesome job they have done! These guys has gone above and beyond to put smile on my face!! Had an appointment for 2 pm and was out the door by 2:45 pm. Was misquoted on the amount for the oil change but no real complaints.
Great first service appointment! Was in and out in 1 hour. Mitch, Walter and Jim my advisor were all fantastic! I will definitely return and will recommend to my friends and family!
Friendly workers & sufficient. Personally thank you to Brendan for all the help & good deal he gave me when i went to get the oil changed for the first time since getting my car from somewhere else & they have a great waiting area, just wish they had a place to plug a usb cord to charge my phone..i didnt have the head of my charger...Thanks again!
Great experience at the Ira in Danvers. Starting with a gentleman who lead me to the right place because I was lost, to Mike who serviced my car who was very friendly and personable. Also loved the shuttle that brought me to and fro. Wonderful drivers with great personalities. Grade A people over at Ira Danvers. Would recommend. Will be back
