I had a wonderful experience on Monday at Ira while leasing a 2017 Rav 4. The entire transaction from start to finish was absolutely flawless. I emailed with Mike Walker prior to my arrival to inform him of what I was looking for and when I went in to test drive I worked with Aiman Varoqua who was fantastic. Super friendly honest people. Don't push to sell service right away. Free drink. Comfortable seats and free wi fi. Tv. Kid room. Little cafe with good selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks, sandwiches. Free charging station for electronic devices!!!

I'm surprised that how they treated me...they act like I'm illiterate and never bought a car before. The lady was helping me, she was yelling me. But the true is I was bought 2 car already from there. I don't know that, they treating everybody like that or no but I'm not going there anymore. Those people forget that here is more dealer, lots of different brand of car.

My car broke down last Thursday, I went to IRA(where my entire family always do business) went in that Friday bought a car(paper work took forever) I was there from 12pm to 9pm. Was promised the car will be ready on Monday. Monday came no car, they said"they cant submit the paper work without the co".Are you kidding me?! My husband and I missed 3 days of work total just to buy a car bc the paper work was not in order.
