DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY MECHANICAL SERVICE OR FOR RECALLS. I brought my 2009 Corolla here for the sole purpose of having my recalls fixed.... they called me and told me my belt was very loose and asked if they could tighten it (I stupidly said yes).....that's where everything went wrong. Not even 4 weeks after getting my car back, my alternator blew. On my second car here the first was in 1999 Camry, still have the car and both experiences were great, but the second one was even better- two years of free maintenance and I've had my 2016 Rav 4 in there now three times and 0 cost. Never waited more than an hour for my car. The 99 Camry has 125000 and it's still going strong- car is very dependable-

It should have been a huge red flag waving in my face when the first time I brought my vehicle in for an insurance claim, they accused me of a potential fraudulent claim! When I was there I never felt rushed or pressured. My salesman "Larry Arena" made you feel like you were family. He worked with us to get us into a car of our choosing right away. All and All I'd 110% would recommend Ira Toyota of Danvers.
I have been having a very bad experience with Ira Toyota in Danvers. I took my car for a repair and it was damaged in their parking lot. They fixed my car, but they have not solved the charge Enterprise made my checking account for 2,600 Dollars. Even one of the managers called me told me that I sould be able to deal with my case better with Enterprise. All this happened because they did not pay in time the rent car. I have a month with this problem and nobody wants to take responsibility. I would never go back to that place... read more
