The assistance service manager name Alexander Pendleton such a bad and rude. He gave me attitude, dissemination, because my English is not good. Everytime i talk, he jump in, cut my words. Not come in here again.
I dont even know were to start off... The customer service that i received from Sven the sales man was great. I explained to him exactly what i wanted from the interior to the exterior and we went on a test drive. He explained all the features to the car and answered all my questions. I went to other Toyota dealerships before Ira and Sven topped it off i couldnt be happier with my 2016 Camry. Definitely looking forward to working with Sven after my lease and i would recommend him and this dealer to anyone
This place is great! Great deals and the facility is very spacious. The sales reps are very generous offering beverages and very professional in the things they do

I went there last summer to get my oil change and sticker change. I was 6 months pregnant waited with my husband for 3 hrs. No one person came and tell us what is going on. I went to look for somebody and they told me my car is almost done just give them another 10 mins. I waited for 40 mins, i went to look for someone again, they told me my wiper is not working correctly so they can't pass, so I said just change it because I don't have anymore patience. This place deserves 0 star. My brother went there for an oil change, they accidentally hit my brother's car. He has a mini van, they offered him a rental car in the mean time but cause inconvience because he has kids, they kids don't get use to the car. After few days, they called him to pick up his car, and my brother found out there is another scratch on his door. After he spoke with the service manager. Oil change, they hit my car 1 time. 1 left it there for them to fix. A week later, i come to pick up my car, then i found another scratch on the door. And they tell me let them fix again. This is just wasting my time for oild changed. Sorry that I have to give your company another bad review again: After i pick up the car, i found the nail stick to my tire.
