They don't even deserve one star...I went in there telling them I needed a new vehicle for my BUSINESS, the car I have now is too small for my BUSINESS, i need a bigger vehicle for my BUSINESS. I even showed them pictures and video of my BUSINESS and gave the guy my BUSINESS Card so he could do BUSINESS with me in the future. I even gave them a check from my BUSINESS account! I never financed a car before, I didn't know I had to tell them what paper work I needed to fill out, i was there to spend my money and be a repeat cus... read more
Terrible experience here today! I live an hour away and traveled to see a vehicle advertised as having a third row seat. I called and asked to make sure that was the case. When I got there, the vehicle didn't have a third row. We were virtually ignored by our salesman. The vehicle's headliner was covered in dog hair. Disgusting. If they missed that, I wonder what other mechanical issues were overlooked.
What a fantastic experience from start to finish! The three gentlemen involved in the process Peter Martin (salesman), Michael (sales manager) and Ross (finance manager) were all great to work worth and all showed a genuine interest in finding the right car and options without pressure tactics or the standard bs back and forth found at other dealerships. The negative reviews on here are shocking and certainly not representative of the standard experience. I would certainly urge anyone in the market for a new or used Toyota t... read more
Worst car buying experience I have ever had! The salesman was bothered that we wanted to buy a car from him and complained about how long it was taking us and how tired he was. Took them 5 days to get back to us regarding delivering our car once we had already purchased it. Upon delivery we noticed a chipped/scratched window which they refused to fix until we called Toyota and put in a formal complaint. That was over a month ago and I'm still trying to get my window fixed. Would not recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Michael P, we love our Yaris.
Brought my Subaru to them on a Sunday-they were the only ones open - they gave me an honest estimate, replaced 4 tires, were very nice and when I had to bring the car back again 2 weeks later because of ANOTHER blown out tire, replaced it- no charge including labor. Thanks guys. Very much appreciate it.
I had a very good experiance buyig my Tundra in 2008, I purchased the extended warrenty and now it's expired. I never used the warrenty and the deal was I get my money back if I didn't use it. The paperwork was submitted on April 26th and I havn't heard anything about it. I just left a messsage with Ross Billings 978-739-3757. Hopefully I'll hear from him very soon. Why doesn't Ira Toyota post email addresses? Jim Ravagno
Stay away ! Appointments are fruitless and their customer service manager is condescending Mr. Kramer should go back to cooking burgers
Service right out the window once you sign the dotted line.....did get a good deal on a used car, but the follow up considering you pay a $395 documentation fee was atrocious.
