I am in shock how I was treated yesterday when I went to the collision center yesterday. There were two ladies at a small desk when you walk in and I've never had anyone act so rude. The two men that helped me were very helpful and nice, but the women (one dark haired and one older blonde) was absolutely awful and disrespectful. They don't like when the customer is under control and knows financial terminologies. It aggravates them because you represent a deal where they wont be making much money. Educate yourself about everything including: the car you want to buy, your credit, simple financial math and never make a decision base on emotion or because they are rushing you. You might regret it for the extend or beyond the life of your auto loan! Am I thankful I did just that? You betcha! "Here 4 you!" My &$@
I am very dissapointed of the Ira Toyota in Denvers. You guys do not care about your costumer's safety and do not honor the extended warranty. I am a single mother, I go to school, I work a lot, and take my kid to soccer, having a car is very important and valuable for me to be able to comit with my family and personally with improving my self. I have been trying over the past couple of weeks to get some information on a couple of transactions I want to do. I have been unable to get ANYONE to call me back. I emailed one individual twice in one week with a couple of questions that I needed answered before going ahead with the transactions I was looking to do.
