Can we all agree car buying isn't easy? I fully expected all the typical nonsense that often comes with buying a car. I was wrong. My salesman, Robert Pregitzer was great. He was patient while I searched the lot for the perfect car, knowledgeable and, took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. From there it went to Manager Mike Parisi. Two years ago my wife and I were looking for a car for her. The salesman at that time (Nelson) couldn't be bothered by us and we were met with impatience and arrogance which in turn made us look elsewhere and she fell in love with and purchased a Volkswagen. Fast forward to this month, I was looking at trucks. The salesman by the name of Sadik was somewhat helpful at first. And before even test driving, he was pushing to close a deal. Service department is fantastic, they really take their time explaining the ins and outs of your vehicle. I don't mind waiting a little longer to have great service done by True professionals.
I purchased an alien space ship from them. model ds42. dealer told me, that it has been built from toyotttta. fly permit only on earth, so not optimal.

Zero stars for Ira of Danvers. Horrible dealership. Save yourself the time and discomfort. The sales staff were both rude and obnoxious and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere. Likely Woburn Toyota where they were classy and treated us with respect. These sales people acted like they didn't need the business.
I bought a car at Ira this weekend and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff.
