If I could give no stars I would. Sales woman tried to sell me a car that her manager said(right infront of me) was junk and going to auction. 'So do we have a deal, do we have a deal?' Then on another car' I'm having them put new brakes and tires and am making sure that it's perfect for your son' ... She wanted to bring it to my mechanic for me... Was suppose to receive a phone call but never did. Sky link was added and i did not want it along with all the extended warranties. They canceled the warranties but could not cancel sky link. I don't think I would ever recommend anyone from buying from here. They clearly did not listen and did what they wanted.
I came to Ira Toyota Preowned to trade in my Honda Civic. My salesman was Nick Williams and he was amazing. He found me a Subaru Impreza for a price that basically cancelled out the negative equity on my trade in. I highly recommend going to him to buy or trade. He is so kind, helpful, and honest. I didn't feel like I was being steered or persuaded at all. He listened to me and helped me find the best deal I could get. I will definitely come back for future purchases! :)
Just purchased my 6th vehicle through Ira Toyota in Danvers today!! I couldn't be happier with my shopping experience. Josh my sales representative was a breathe of fresh air and the management team was as always very patient and accommodating with me. I definitely wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my vehicles! Thank you IRA!!
5k service they "forgot" to rotate my tires (I had marked them ahead of time) even though my invoice said the tires were rotated. They said that was an "isolated incident". Now at 10K they forget to tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. 2 of the 6 lug nuts on one wheel had come completely off before I noticed.. Tires were rotated 2 weeks, 175 miles ago. This is not your typical review for their sales or service- this is a review of their employees and how wonderful they are. Bridge 2 Tomorrow had a school supply drive with IRA Toyota over the summer, to provide community children with what they need to succeed but could not afford. IRA not only provided the items we so desperately needed but went over what we expected. We were able to provide to over 1000 children because of their overwhelming generosity. Our family has purchased several new vehicle in the past few years from Ira. We make Ira our first and only stop when looking for a vehicle. The sales and service are kind and courteous to work with ! We won't shop anywhere else !
