FINAL UPDATE!!! OK, So I admit I initially I was very upset and gave a 1 star rating. We're now at 5 star. Mitch held up his word in regards to rectifying the issues that occurred. I hit one of their cars being driven by an employee. Cracked back bumper and the estimate they gave my insurance $7000! Shameful business I would stay clear of! They are thieves!
Bought a certified preowned Rav 4 the first of the year. Sales person was respectful and nice after 3 trips of coming up to see a car that in fact was actually sold, they finally found me one. I bought a brand new Corolla from these wonderful people in mid-January of 2017 and got a mind-blowing deal. A month later, the car was totaled in an accident (myself and all passengers were totally fine). Extremely pleased with my experience at Ira Toyota, Danvers. Aiman Varoqua exceed my expectations during the sales process and continues to be an invaluable resource after the sale as well.
