I honestly didn't want to give this place a star at all. I went had new tires put on for my birthday. The mechanic said he couldn't align my car since there's a strap that states the dealership has to do it or it will void my warranty. I make an appointment with the dealership and the girl on the phone said that my warranty covers my alignment. I get there and guy was polite and came over to me. I told him my situation and he said that my alignment wasn't covered by my warranty. Even tho he didn't look up anything on my car.... read more
Please tell me -- on what planet does a simple oil change take TWO HOURS. I had made an appointment, and still was waiting for almost TWO HOURS for my car. Poor customer service. And after reading other reviews, it seems that this is standard operating procedure for this dealership. Hire more people!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. It's too bad that Group One, who now owns Ira, and has for at least 12 years or so, have ruined Ira Rosenberg's reputation and legacy. If you want to deal with the real Ira, go to Prime Automotive. That is Ira now. My husband worked for "Ira" for 26 years. Last March, 4 days after my 2nd surgery for cancer (they knew about it), the "caring" people at Ira let my husband go. They can give all kinds of reasons, but the act speaks for itself. Just bought a 2013 Prius C. Online ads said it was a Four. The sticker said it was a Four. I knew it wasn't a Four as soon as I got in it. I don't think I would have been told it was a Three unless I asked. HOWEVER, I give them props for fixing a problem that I let them know about. Wasn't impressed before; now I am. Thank you.
I just a bought a car from the pre-owned departments. And every one there was very nice could not ask for better service. The min I walk in Alex was great from the beginning to the end.
I recently purchased my first car at Ira Toyota Danvers, a 2015 corolla and had the most amazing experience. Their brand new facility and complex is absolutely incredible and impressive, I would not mind going there anytime. Aiman Varoqua was my salesman and he was out of this world. Everything was made so easy and simple and they really took care of me, I know I could give him a call anytime and get immediate help if I needed it, not that I would because my car has been working like a charm since I drove it home.
