It used to be a good place but my last experience was not good. They used to provide coupon for drinks but they didn’t This time. My tyre pressure light was on but there was no change after the service. I don’t know if it was becoz pats lost super bowl or what but they didn’t provided a good service as they used to.
I have bought 3 cars from IRA Toyota. I've always gotten great service. Their shuttle driver's are always so nice. The service managers that check you in are awesome. I had my car up there today and had it back before lunch. I recommend them big time.

The service coordinator was good & helpful, but the mechanic assigned is another story. Brought car in as it was stalling randomly. Issue was NOT resolved as it stalled again the next day. Was also told both rear brake lights were out. They were fine. Dissatisfied as issue not resolved.
They'll neg and gaslight you to try to make you feel like you can't buy a car anywhere else. It's like trying to buy a car from a bad ex
They won't work with you on price, but they will neg you
