Went got my very 1st 5,000 mile oil change today exactly excellent customer service and clay Carey is a wonderful young man explained everything to me very well .

Had an 8am appointment for an oil change tire rotation & in between they tried to get me to trade in my car for a new one, told them no, then they tried to sell me a brake job, told them no, then they tried to sell me tires, told them no, then they told me the battery was saying it needed recharged, finally after 2 and 1/2 hours I was done!!!! Why does it take that long to change your oil???? Just quit trying to sell me stuff, I come in for an oil change THAT Is all I want!!!
