I had an excellent experience at IRA Danvers. I went in with my daughter and son in law as we were all buying or leasing a car. We had Sage as our Saleman. He knew everything that there was to know about the 2018 Camary that I wanted to leased. He was very helpful with everything from picking out my car to the payments and everything that they had to offer. I was in the market for a preowned car and went to Ira, i had an excellent exprience from my salesperson James to the manager Gary. James was great with being patient with me to find exactly the car i was looking for and was awesome telling me everything about the payment options and we even had a few laughs. He also was great contacting me to update me all during the buying process. All around a great experience and I'm super happy with my Toyota Corolla :)
