took me two and half hours of waiting for a oil change with appointment !!!
Good and friendly staffs. I went there for oil change but I was told to change my wipers, fix my tires, and break pads. I was charged 150$ with the exclusion of break pad. I was unable to set clock on my 08 highlander limited and I told the technician but unfortunately, he too can't help me. Still don't know how to set the clock in my car.
Bougt a used 2017 Avalon with very low miles from Ira Tewksbury. The negotiation process was revolting. Everything that people hate about car dealers. Nice sales guy. Then followed by the expected disgusting negotiations. They did not do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. I guess my trust was misplaced. The passenger visors is mangled. You don’t see it until you pull down the passenger visor. If you drive alone 99% of the time it would rarely be seen. We just found it a month after owning the car. I was able to save$100 off the price of 4 tires and was able to do a front end alignment at the same time. I was out in less time than they told me!
