If I had an option I would rate a 0 stars. I tried to file my taxes through their app. I got to the end and hit send to file and got an error message wanting me to verify my email. There was noway to verify this! Of course hours of wait time to try to speak to someone used the option for a return call, and they called back hours later and Noone was on the phone, waste of time. They were supposed to refund me due to their mistake, and I still have not received it. After spending hours on the phone and back and forth, sending all my bank statements, they informed me via email that I should contact my bank with no information on their part as to when they sent the refund or transaction. Being a customer for years, following their representative's instructions, and assuring me I would get my money back if I paid it in full, in the end, I had to do the work and call and send all the documentation again... read more

This is a scam. The "free" version makes you pay fees anyway, my $1030 tax return I was charged $100 in fees. They also swap in other garbage optional stuff but make sure it's delayed and you can't press "back" to find it again, so it signed me up for a credit karma spend account card and my tax return went to this new "bank account" instead of the direct deposit information I freaking filled in. BEWARE!Do not file through this service. If you have a refund coming they are taking about ***** percent of your refund through some type of third party service and this information is not presented upfront. I believe that this needs to be regulated if done by others. Last year I was duped almost ******. I tried again this year thinking it was me but it happened again. Criminal charges or a class action needs to be filed. I am looking into it right now! B-E-W-A-R-E!!

Do not use Turbo Tax Intuit. This was their response to my complaint." understand that you have purchased Live and are now requesting a refund. Live is a non-refundable product." You may use the TurboTax Online software without charge up to the point you decide to print or e-file your tax return. Printing or e-filing your return reflects your satisfaction with the software, at which time youll be required to pay or register for the services, and the fee is non-refundable.I will never do business with them again. I use QuickBooks online for business, and there's a technical issue with uploading my data that they acknowledge is their fault. After three promises in the past week from QuickBooks support staff saying that they would call me back, they have not. Very disappointing, and highly unprofessional. Their lack of professionalism and follow-up is costing my business money.

Intuit won't let me delete my data. They say I need to cancel my subscription to quickbooks - which I already did. This should be illegal.
