Customer service was very rude to me after leaving out important details costing me twice what I thought it was. I tried to get it settled and the customer service worker, Mathew got hateful with me acting like I was lying. Will not be going back here. Awful, awful customer service in the repairs department. Be sure to know ALL the details of any paperwork before you sign or you will be tricked, like I was, and end up paying out of pocket for things that were not discussed. Beware!!!
Service is terrible. Have had issues with Chevrolet and the GMC dealer service department. Once even emailed owners and GMC with no response. If it wasn't for the fact the are so close I would go elsewhere but that will change. The service advisors tell you if you get a survey and can't put satisfied then don't fill it out. REALLY??? I could ramble on about overtime I take our truck in and the poor excuse for service they offer but I don't have all day. Take your vehicle to MTN View.
The people are nice but the repair part sucks. Can't seem to get my truck fixed this is the 4th time in less than a year for the same thang payed 9000 the first time to get it fixed still doing the same thang. I thang they are just half fixing it to get by for a while and then it does it again. Just talked to another lady up here they are doing het the same way and she pays out 1700 on hers and it's still not right. So sad
I didn't buy my SUV from here but I have tried their service it was awful. I waited 2 hours and was not updated about my car. When I asked about Eric was on lunch the mechanic stepped away with parts off of it. I just wanted to leave. But they did slap one of their tags on the front of it like they fixed something.
