They are the best at getting not so good credit people approved for vehicles and our family is very thankful for all the sales manager (Dan) and salesman (Scott) did to get the job done.

I had a recall on my Malibu for a problem with the transmission. I talked to Reed he set my appointment for the next day. I arrived 30 minutes early they took my car back within 5 minutes of my arrival. I was there about 45 minutes, they called my name as my car was ready to go. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and ready to help with anything I my need I am wanting to purchase a truck I will definitely go back to Integrity to buy my truck. Thanks Integrity Chevrolet. Will be back.

My experience with service stinks. They are the slowest. A 20 minute oil change takes about 1 1/2 hours. Then took my car in for some warranty work told it would take 2 hours but four hours later in in a rental. Waited two days to hearwhen I could come pick up my car never got a phone call so I call service. Parts are on back order. Come get your car and bring it back later in the week when parts are here.
