This place has horrible service.I was sitting in one of their Silverado's and the dealer gave me an ugly look and told me to get out because that was an expensive truck. Just because I'm Mexican American doesn't mean I'm broke.They also seemed like they didn't want to talk to me, Until i showed them the $12,000 cash i was willing to put down towards the truck i wanted. The worst experience ever . Very nice in person but when I ask questions on the phone Eric was very rude and I feel I was lied to . I do not trust that they even fixed the problem only lubricated it to get me out of the dealership . . Does not stand behind what they say . BUYER BEWARE go to another dealer .
Had an amazing experience buying my new camaro. I knew I was upside down on my trade in but the sales team continued to work until everything was a mutual agreement. Levi is still new at the sales game but was knowledgeable and more than willing to go find answers if he didn't have them. The store manager Wayne became a man I was proud and honored to meet.
