So far there service is the worst, I'm still waiting on a call from them and if I don't get tomorrow then I'm gonna call GM and step on some toes!!!
I had an appointment today at 10:15 for my car to go into the shop for a recall. I was told a few hours I call several times to figure out how much longer it would be no answer no call back the place is about to close and I'm without a car! Not told I needed a rental car or anything. I have a 9 month old I can not be with my car I'm very upset I hadn't heard about my car or even given a rental til it was finished! Worse serve ever!!!
After taking our SUV (our only vehicle that can fit our big family) to a mechanic who kept it for weeks but couldn't solve the issue, we brought it to Integrity. Josh, our service advisor, worked with us to explain what was going on & our vehicle was fixed promptly. He even made sure all of our carseats were transitioned to ensure we were all set. We appreciate the service we received.
you people have the WORST customer service! I've been trying to make an appointment for an oil change for WEEKS! I now will be doing business only with Mountain View Chevrolet because I could schedule my appointment with ease. You all should be embarrassed. I guess all you cared about was taking my money when I bought the car. POOR BUSINESS! Ken is the only reason I ever come to this place! But I will NEVER get my service done here again!
If you need a new car or truck go see Scott and Wayne!! Both went above and beyond to get my husband in the truck he wanted!! These guys are awesome!!! We have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and the experience has always been great!!!

Great service Took my 2014 Silverado that I didn't purchase from them my phone would not pair n didn't get stopped n already had someone on it I will definitely remember this when it comes to getting anything done to my Chevrolet Silverado again n when I go to purchase another vehicle. We bought an 08 corvette and we messed a rim up and the low profile ins. Said they would send someone out and look well he came out and said I'll get back to you . its been over 2 months and we ain't heard nothing from them so there promise to do it right the first time is bullshit
