Melvin and Beth are two of the worst representatives working at Vandergriff Chevrolet. My husband and I came in as first time buyers and were treated very poorly. Melvin was argumentative when we asked him questions about our application and Beth didn’t know absolutely anything about her job. We hated the experience and now we have to go back to square 1 to salvage our credit because of all of the inquiries placed on our reports. Very disappointed and a big waste of time. Please avoid this place. They don’t treat you right.

RecommendedWe had a 5 star experience with their salesman Pat Magee. Definitely recommend. Not your typical super pushy annoying jokes making salesman!!
I made an appointment for service, which was prepaid when the car was bought. Come back to pick up the car and they haven’t even touched it. Don’t buy a service plan! Once they get your money, they could care less and there is nothing you can do about it. When I look at replacing my Silverado, it won’t be with a truck sold at My Chevrolet.
