I drove up to integrity from Birmingham after being recommended by a good friend. I don't have high hopes of finding anything after having so many bad deals here in town. But once I got up to the dealership, they had a vehicle ready for me to look at it. Once I looked it over we discussed price, financing etc.. The deal they had worked up was better than anything I've seen at any dealership I've dealt with in YEARS! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, integrity is the dealership for you.
If your looking for a car do not go here. And do not do business with Chris Sitterding. He is just rude and cussed me out because I told his management that I was not happy with him. He is extremely pushy and only cares about the sale not helping people out. And when you ask him questions he will just ignore you. I am not satisfied with the service here. And don't plan on coming back and I will make sure everyone knows how they treat customers.
