Changed the oil and did nothing else to the car, even though I was told otherwise face to face. They’re interested in volume, and could care less they lie about what was done to your vehicle. I’d definitely double check any work done. Wasted almost 4 hours and two visits for a simple oil change
I have a Chevy Cruze that needed some work done and Eric and the service team took excellent care of me! My car drives like it is BRAND NEW! We had a great experience buying a new car with Ken Bryant. We originally came by because our son needed a car, and he bought a new 2018 Cruze. I had my 2011 Malibu in the service area for a recall, and decided to look at the new Malibu’s. Ken was very helpful in getting an amazing amount for my trade in, and I couldn’t pass up the deal of zero percent interest. I love my new 2018 Malibu.

Had an issue with my 2016 Malibu. When I called Reed told me to bring it in and that they would give me a courtesy car so I could get back to work. Very fast and friendly service..when I’m ready to buy again I know where I’ll be going!
