My daughter owns a 2012 Cruze and last week the “check engine” light came on, so she took the car to a local auto parts store for a free scan. They recommended disconnecting the battery cables to reset the “check engine” light. If the light came back on, they suggested replacing the MAP sensor. My son-in-law tried both with no success.
