Billy the Salesman is Wonderful to deal with, but my issue is with the GAP insurance department. I had Zurich , which is the Insurer for GAP Cancel my policy on Feb 15th 2019, and was Told That Integrity Chevrolet would issue my refund of 78% of the contract. After being straight up lied to 4 times by several people at Integrity, it has came down to this review. I was told Twice that you should have it by Monday Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, and They only cut checks for refunds at month end, and it normally takes 4 week... read more

If you’re looking for a really nice vehicle, then integrity is for you. We called 3 days before to talk about trading in a vehicle from a place we were unhappy with. We made an appointment with Chris Sitterding. I must say he was an amazing person! He actually guided us in the direction of a car we can afford and also got us out of a super expensive unreliable vehicle! He took into the consideration of our finances and worked really hard! We are so happy with our new Chevy cruze! Thanks again!
