Sami Dawood provided me excellent service & explained the repair needed for my 20 yr Infiniti G35x Sami also provided transportation from the dealership to & from Albany. I was extremely pleased with my interaction with Sami Dawood & he did not treat me as a “dumb old lady”

Liars! Worst experience buying a car ever. I have bought many over the 67 years of my life. These people are high pressure and will tell you anything to get the sale. Once they have payment, good luck on getting them to return a call. They messed up entering the actual address of where I and my fiancée reside in Wilson County after we explained it was incorrect telling us it would be fixed. I was working with Joey and he went above and beyond to help me find a specific car for my son. I ended up finding it through a private sale. When I told Joey this, he asked me for the VIN so he could make sure it was legit and clean for me. I thought that was so nice of him to offer, knowing he wasn't getting the sale.
