Sammi Dawood was so professional. He was pleasant and answered all my questions regarding my service and made suggestions for me. He is an asset for the Lia dealership.
We recently had our Q50 serviced at Lia Infiniti. Our service advisor, Sami Dawood, is always very communicative, responsive and accommodating. We needed a loaner vehicle and he arranged it for us for the week it took for our car to be completed. We can’t recommend Lia, and especially Sami enough!

I have a low mileage Q50, and my tech, Sami D'wood, arranged for a water pump replacement that was covered under warranty. On the day of the app't., he arranged to have me driven home and returned when the service was complete. I always try and work with Mr. Da'wood when it's time for a service app't. He is a most outstanding service representative!

Infinity of Bellevue offers a beautiful showroom and lounge area. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and friendly without going overboard. I would return to them to buy a car again.

I recently had my vehicle services at Lia Infiniti. My service rep - Michael Bingham was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining some of the options on my vehicle. even took the time to take me out to my vehicle to show me exactly how to set or change the options.
