Dawn Owen was enthusiastically knowledgeable about the car I drove. She broke down all the features for me so I wasn’t overwhelmed. Then she made the effort to find me a car with the exterior & interior colors I preferred!

Michael Bingham walks on water. He is so incredibly magnificent and patient with me and my beloved, cherished 2004 G35. He is detailed and thorough, and I completely understand his input, advice, and direction. I have bragged about him to everyone I know. My beloved G35 is twenty years of age and Michael Bingham with the Lia Infiniti is her G-d's blessing. I have to also say that Lia Infiniti is a very comfortable place to wait for your car. The atmosphere is so peaceful with balanced Feng Shui.

My sales representative William Kane was fantastic. My 2021 QX50 Autograph lease was about to expire an I wanted to lease another one identical to the current. There were no Autograph vehicles on the lot and Bill manage to track one down in Bethesda MD. He made arrangement to have this car picked up an within a 3 day period I was driving away in a 2024 QX 50 Autograph. Really pathetic customer service. Unexpected of Infniiti dealerships. Callous, rude, unprofessional, uncaring attiture from service team. Would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere, otherwise you will regret it.
