Last two times were very disappointing: first time my brakes were loose after service, and I was almost in accident. Second time I drove from the service with 'Check engine' sign and had to come back to service again.

Brandon always does a great job. However, service needs to do a better job checking the air in the tires and also putting in correct air pressure. Small complaint but something that is always missed. Apologize if that isn’t part of the routine service?

Pretty good experience other than a couple of warranty items included in pricing workup that were unnecessary and not fully explained.
