I've worked so hard to get to a point to purchase a "nicer" vehicle. I recently purchased a QX50 from Lia Infiniti of Latham and it was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Let's be honest, it's never fun going to a dealership, but this was an entirely different level of poor costumer service. The day I picked up my car and it was "professionally cleaned", it was disgusting inside. Coffee stains around the cup holder and seat, dust on the dash, marks on the outside.
