It's been over a year since I contributed to the "AirSelfie" Indiegogo campaign, and I still haven't received my product. The last communication was on July 9, 2020 and even though the communication said in August they were moving into wholesale business, there is no mention of fulfilling obligations to us backers who put US$89 down for what? Worst platform imaginable. They only send canned replies to any complaints and refuse to refund for products never delivered.

IndieGoGo rarely responds to his supporters and if, then only some of forms. IndieGoGo supports campaigns on his platform that obviously lies and cheat. I'll never support another project there.

When will the theft stop from this company. People are funding campaigns and buying actual products from the company and they are not delivering the product or have any intention of delivering the product. I can only hope they meet their maker soon.

Indiegogo lets fraudulent companies start fund raising on their platform to scam consumers and they take a cut of the profits. This is criminal behaviour. If I did that as an individual I would be liable in the court system. As this is a big company with a high profit turnover, no one blinks an eye. DO NOT BACK OR CONTRIBUTE TO ANY CAMPAIGN ON INDIEGOGO. You are supporting illegal behaviour and encouraging others to scam backers.

If I could give this company "no stars" I certainly would. I ordered a product that was manufactured in China and was supposed to have been delivered in March. I contacted the company once in April and someone responded claiming they would update their backers soon. I waited until mid-June and there was no update whatsoever. I tried contacting them again and there was no response. Avoid working with this company at all costs!!! I purchased a portable Princube in November 2019. It is now June 2020 and to date, NOTHING. The product was supposed to ship in December and since then, it has been one delay after another. The current emails blame the pandemic. Seems they are the only company facing delivery issues. Of course, with the pandemic not starting until March, they had plenty of excuses prior to March as well. (I will give them credit for creativity.) I funded a product, the Park and Diamond foldable helmet. I have never received my product. There always seems to be an excuse, and this was well before the current pandemic.
