Another biased on the left coast who maliciously alters the funding platform to misdirect potential backers to their favorite project and discourage your work. ie: these type of fake companies can change your project video to stop users from seeing the content or alter the project link to someone else's project. I was not a backer, but a campaigner. I ran a successful campaign this year, and I was not given the money I earned during my campaign. I fulfilled all of my orders (with my own money, since -- again -- I didn't get the money I raised), and I have sent multiple emails to their support team with no response. Their phone number allows you to reach an automated message directing you to their website before hanging up on you. So now I'm out the money I should have received with no recourse. I will never use Indiegogo again.

Indiegogo is a terrible company, and should be shut down. There is a huge conflict of interest, as they make a percentage of profits from all the campaigns on their site. Even scams. Even after a campaign has shown itself to be a scam, they do nothing to make things right. They don't even pull down the campaign, AFTER they know. I purchased NS Glasses in February.. It is time the BBB investigates Indiegogo fully. People have a fake sense of security because the BBB logo is displayed on the site. One of the campaigns, ****************************************************************is clearly as scam as no product has ever been delivered, the project founder keeps on stalling for years and despite multiple emails to Indiegogo, they refuse to take up the matter with the project founder, keeping the project open for more funding and allowing more people to get duped, as long as Indiegogo g... read more

My two investments into two project, both yielded, zero results. They both followed the same Con, some good news then problems, then health issues, then nothing no email messages , they keep the money and fall off the side of the earth.

I have participated in a few projects. One Somiflash was a scam and took off with the money. Indiegogo does not communicate with its customers. We are left in the dark. They should at least step in and keep us informed that the company has failed to deliver. The others either were not as described or simply didn't work well. All were behind schedule. This includes DreamOn sleep watch.

I have used many crowd funding sites with success.. The ones that have let me down namely Indiegogo that were flying they are endorsed by the BBB have been a total unsafe product. Read the many reviews below... NO SMOKE WITHOUT FIRE Period... as we say in the Stockmarket... IF it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then ITS A DUCK!!! There you have it folks... BE WARNED

Indiegog has a policy of not allowing reselling product, but In practice they don’t care as long as they make money. They do not care about the people looking to help the little guy get started. If you contact them the just give you the run around. They say the look it to the complaint, but still let it happen. Great company of scammers, in my opinion!!!!

Once the money is sent, they claim that it is now outside their refund policy. I have had several successfully delivered products, but I have numerous failed ones as well, ranging from 2014 to 2018.
